A spare Mascot I've been sitting on for a while, but now I finally finished it and am ready to share it with you all! This is Tobi from Naruto Shippuden that I ended up making to show a designer in Discord how to draw Tobi as a Mascot đŸ˜‚.
PS: I may sell this as a Premade in the future, but I have to figure out if it is okay to do so; since it is from Naruto and all.
