Peach-Bourbon Upside-Down Cake

This was a for-fun piece I did after baking this cake, recipe from the June 2018 issue of Southern Living. I use Four Roses bourbon for baking. The style was inspired by an illustration from a 1930's Cream of Kentucky bourbon ad.
