Auto Claim UI

A quick concept for filing an auto insurance claim. The process quickly allows you to state the extent of the damage, where the damage is, and upload images of the damage so the claim adjuster can begin to complete the filing. There are a number of other steps I would like to add to this process but I wanted to keep the concept short and sweet for now.
