Homecare Hub User Dashboard - Mobile

Hey Dribbblers! Here's the mobile view of the patient's dashboard of requested care. We love how clean it looks!

From the menu, the guardian can access their personal profile and settings, access their registered patient's dashboard, add another patient, or go back to search.

On the dashboard, when the user scroll's up, the patient's meta information shrinks and hides, only showing patient's name.
