Navigating Notebooks

One of my favorite parts of redesigning the notebooks to prepare for the R launch was rethinking our selection style for navigating cells and switching between Command and Edit mode. I wanted the interaction to provide focus and context without feeling distracting, especially when writing large amounts of Python or R code.
