Task Cards on Client App

In the past few months I have been working on our Design System.

We decided we needed more consistent spacing rules, so we went for a scale that goes: 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 etc. where every value is double the one that precedes it.

Usually, one of the biggest challenges is to have the engineers be on your side and help you push for this type of consistency. I have been lucky enough to be working with amazing people who not only are excited to create something like this, but are also big advocates of Design Systems in the company.

Couple all of that that with the brand new set of dynamic typography styles and a long overdue UI refresh, and you have the new Task screen.
