Transitions

This series is something I started when I moved from my hometown of Columbus, Ohio to Los Angeles, California. Needless to say, the move was very scary and exciting all at the same time. I felt as though I was being pulled in two directions, one of the comforts of home and everything I knew and the other being the unknown and the next chapter of my life. Using a mixture of nature elements and iconography of both places, I created a representation of the transition into my life and new adventures while still maintaining my roots. It's been a wild road and I'm blessed to say I have discovered a new home in Los Angeles, but I'll ALWAYS be a Buckeyes fan O-H!
