Be Kind to Yourself
It's important to treat others well, but don't forget about yourself. For example, don’t talk to yourself in a way you wouldn’t talk to someone else. Don’t berate yourself when something goes badly. Cut yourself some slack. It definitely helps, plus of course make sure you’re taking some time to relax and do things you enjoy. Do your best to find the time, even if it’s a struggle. If you look after yourself you’ll be happier and healthier.
