Updated Hartford Whalers Logo, Inspired by Transformers

I was a huge Hartford Whalers fan and about ten years ago I wondered what their logo might look like now if they never left Connecticut and became the Carolina Hurricanes.

I gave the logo a trendy angular, hard-edged look which was inspired by circa 2007 car design and the old Decepticon Transformers logo from the 80’s which was relevant at the time due to the first live action Transformers movie being released that year.
