Now we are hiring international design talents for the Alibaba global products, here's the job detail:

Creative Designer - Work closely with marketing and operation team, provide creative design on branding image, marketing campaign, social media or web ads, posters; creatively immersive brand experiences for customers. - Provide end to end creative design for branding or marketing based on cross-culture research and insight - Manage design implementation and process to ensure visual design quality and brand consistency across multiple marketing campaigns and communication channels. - Cross pollination and collaboration between other disciplines including operation, marketing, product managers and development.

Requirements: - A minimum of 4 years working experience in marketing, branding ,ads creative design, communication design or related areas - Education background in graphic design, multi-media design, visual communication, photography, or education-related design disciplines. - Creative thinking, skills and a background in design principles, methodologies and process across industries and categories, and well controlling both innovation direction and detailed design quality - Excellent design skills with sensitivity to user requirement and business needs; ability to solve problems creatively and effectively - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present design concept and solutions to key stakeholders. - Fluency in English, experience working across different cultures with overseas background is highly preferred. - For immediate consideration, please provide your portfolio (PDF or weblink)

UXD Designer - Crafting and refining product and design based on user requirements and business needs, and guarantee usability and user interface quality of products. - Independently creating user task flows, low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity polished prototypes; effectively presenting design concepts and strategies to key stakeholders. - Consistently improving user experience design deliverables during projects implementation and ensure high quality user experience throughout the product life cycle. - Cross pollination and collaboration between other departments including operation, marketing, product managers and development.

Requirements: - A minimum of 4 years working experience in related area; experience in both interaction and visual design is preferred. - Education background in human-computer interaction, industrial design, visual communication, or education-related design disciplines. - Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles，methodologies and process. - Excellent design skills with sensitivity to user requirement and business needs; ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present design concept and solutions to key stakeholders. - Fluency in English，experience working across different cultures with overseas background is highly preferred. - For immediate consideration, please provide your portfolio (PDF or weblink)
