Wella Kiosk Chatbot | Case Study
We were recently invited to design and develop the new Wella Chatbot Kiosk Experience. Emma, Wella’s Professional Virtual Assistant will be the newly established customer support presence in many hair product stores across the globe. Designing a conversational UI running in a kiosk faced a huge layout and user experience challenge - and we’re excited to share with you the entire project.
