Suprise Attack! - Flat Process

Just a quick process shot of my previous digital paper illustration. It always starts with a sketch, and as you can see from the attachments, I'm usually not extremely thorough on that part of the process. Once I get the right idea, I immediately jump into illustrator to render out shapes. Once the shapes are done, they are exported layer by layer to Photoshop, where I apply individual textures to each shape, as well as handle lighting and shading.
