I created three types of layouts to illustrate what's happening in this customer journey: 1. Environment: the establishing shot about surroundings and mood before getting into details 2. Over-the-shoulder: showing both the person and the screen/thing they're looking at 3. Cause and effect: showing both states to immediately see a connection
