80s text effect with Variable Font Decovar

I have been experimenting with Variable fonts and while making some draw in demos I created this 80s style version.

The text effect is achieved by using the Decovar Variable font with some CSS animations.

This uses a special version of Decovar that has a couple of letters set up to "draw in". No JS, Canvas or SVG required.
