Streaks -- Habit Tracking

Here's a nice revamp of an old design! I took a lot of inspiration from co-star astrology's mobile app. My friend Christopher and I are actually programming this in react native right now, so it'll be available in the app store pretty soon.

Let me know if you have any feedback on accessibility/readability of the text and colors. I might change the smaller font if it isn't readable enough to something simple like Avenir or Helvetica. We're thinking of doing a greyscale/colorblind mode as well.
