"Tuguisses"/"Tuguices"

This project was in development for a long time. The idea was to explore, and document, the Portuguese recipes. Then, I wanted to cook using local ingredients giving my own twist.
The name came while I was thinking about all this process: "Tuguisses"/"Tuguices". I am still wondering if, since this is a new word that I am making, is correctly spelled.
I will publish more details and information about this project in the coming posts.
