Hi there,

Have you ever been to a situation Where a doctor asks you in front of your parents, Do you smoke or drink? Fortunately I have never been into that situation. But here you need to answer honestly for your accurate healthpoints.

This is a Section where user calculates his/her health points by answering these questions. My goal for making this is to make it simple and clean.
