Design concept:
play on words for a late night steak bar.

Idea behind the logo:
I always wondered why there aren't (at least near me) any late night steak restaurants. Maybe you get out of a show and want to go have a really nice dinner. Maybe an Art Deco vibe. Get a drink and get a really good meal.
