Shoutout to Jimmy from Blender Sushi for teaching how to create this using Sverchok addon in Blender. I added the "teeth" animation and for the camera animation I used my iPhone to film the floor and then imported the footage into Blender, tracked it and extracted the camera info which gives it a very cool hand held feel.
