Originate Site Grid

I'm obsessive when it comes to systems and grids. I built the new Originate site based on the Bootstrap V4 12 column grid, as it works as a good common language between designers and engineers alike.

I then decided my VU (Visual Unit / Vertical Unit) with which to base all measurements on to be 12, as it easily breaks into halves and quarters (6, 3) unlike the standard measurement of 10, which leaves you trying to space things 2.5px apart at times.
