Goodbye gift for a colleague - fun wordplay

Well, this one I made just for fun - a printed book as a goodbye present for my ex colleague @Michal Opalek who we call Opa. I came up with a bunch of funny wordplay combinations with his name. Sorry guys, it's in Slovak - but I hope you can at least enjoy the illustrations.
