We perviously had HSAs workflow entirely in-app from both the employer and the employee perspective. However, we relied on a third-party platform for employers to sign up for FSAs.

We wanted to put everything in-app and make it a better experience for customers to learn about FSAs and then select which type of employees they would like offer this perk to.
