On-Demand Booking Flow
Recently launched some design and development work with REME, the on-demand massage service. We helped the REME team rethink their booking experience to better guide customers through the process of finding the perfect massage. Through our design phase, we discovered that breaking out the task into more steps actually led to more clarity and simplicity. Focused steps paired with animation can go along way as long as customers have confidence in where they are at in the process. We'll be posting more soon!
