Netlflix Friend Connect

A UX heavy conceptual project I did last year. This project was based on adding a feature into the already existing interface rather than going through a redesign of the application.

Of the available online streaming services, I find myself using Netflix the most often. I was curious as to why Netflix hadn’t created a feature on their platform that allowed users to create playlists of their favorite shows to share with their friends.

My goal with this added feature was to create a place where users can see what their friends are watching, so that users can more easily find interesting and new shows to watch.
