Cognitive Disfunction Syndrome - Sketch File

Hello everyone!

Today's project is created for pretty simple app for Android & IOS. Whole app base on questionnaire on which we're deciding about frequency of symptons.

The app is about Cognitive Disfunction Syndrome, created for dog owners. We have to answear on 17 questions which help us to examine if the symptoms means that our dog is sick on CDS.

For each answer is assigned diffrent number of points, so at the end we add up all the points showing the result.
