CodeNEXT Booklet

CodeNEXT is the first major rewrite of Austin’s Land Development Code in 30 years. I was asked to create a preview booklet of the second draft of the Land Development Code that focuses on five main areas where it can have a direct impact on quality of life: Mobility, Community, Environment, Housing, and Permitting. This booklet was presented to the Austin City Council and various Town Hall meetings. Full booklet available upon request.
