Taxi Ride Hailing App Icon & Brand Logo Design

Exploring a few ideas integrating a sort of taxi flag/pop-out sign on top right of the initial V.

Much like the US school buses have the flip-out warning signs, this is like a flag version of that.

For spacing and placement, I’ve split the height of the icon into 4 equal parts (magenta arrows), with the height of half the 'V' equaling the Cap Height of the brand name. So the chequered flag rises above the wording.
