Barbados Independence

Forever I wanted to create a design to represent my beautiful little island Barbados, I did a sketch before but never completed it (like my many other sketches xD) but I really went all out and illustrated all the things that make up the island for independence.

In our coat of arms, there's a pelican, flying fish, sugar cane and the bearded fig tree, the pride of Barbados. theres also a hand at the top center that represents our emancipation. The trident in the center is the center of our flag.
So I tried to incorporate all these things while adding what I think makes Barbados beautiful, such as our breadfruit, coconut trees, turtles, sea urchins and beautiful beaches.

I thought the design turned out pretty nice so I decided to print a tshirt design! And it was huge hit, I printed around 100 shirts which blew my mind!
