Day 8 - Sparked

Thirty Day Logo Challenge - Day 8

Company: "Sparked is a video game news website featuring the latest news in all video games, esports, and tech. The Sparked brand is all about hot gaming news, so we want our logo to represent that."

I couldn't decide which logo I wanted to keep for Day 8 so I included both. On the left, the logo is more expressive yet clean. It can show that gaming new outlet, Sparked, is all about hot gaming news that show up immediately. On the right, I tried to make a polygonal logo expressing Sparked through the warmness of the colors and the letter S. This type of logo has a bit less character in expressing what Sparked is if its not well known.
