Colorific First Pass

Making a color contrast app for desktop as a way of learning my way around Electron. The goals are pretty modest right now, it takes two colors, and processes the contrast value and gives out an accessibility rating. I've also built some color blindness filters so you can check to see what the contrast looks like through a variety of color sensing abilities.
