The MAN from Planet X – logo

This is the last exercise for 2017. I designed a poster for a B-movie. It is a low-budget commercial movie, but not an arthouse film.
There were hundreds of stunning horror and sci-fi movie posters created between the 1940s and the 1970s. Old posters make really expressive use of type and lettering. I studied them and made this poster.

The Man from Planet X is a 1951 independently made American science fiction horror film.
