19/31: Horse Head

Channeling my inner Godfather on this one.

Woodcuts have always fascinated me. It's an illustration style I've always loved, and sought to emulate for some time now. I finally reached a place I'm pretty proud of. Here's a component of a new covert identity I've been working on for about two weeks.

Rounding all of the sharp corners was the most tedious part. I've got over 20 hours to get to this point. I'll be a lot faster next time, as I started over probably 3 times. But as you can see, you have to really sweat the details if you're going to convince the eye. More to come soon!
