R79 Progress Bar

Progress bar treatment for handling (very) slow operations.

1. Basic progress bar, just %-based fill 2. + Sub-progress 3. + A bit easier on the eyes, not as neurotic 4. + A little animation around the merge point, when the sub-bar gets to 100%. The tick marks are there to make it more obvious that there _is_ a progress after a merge.
