Tiger

Star spangled tiger artwork for a book illustration. The client, an elementary school, wanted an illustrated design that was patriotic, but not political. Using the school’s mascot, a tiger, I created a design that meshes the tiger’s stripes with the stripes of the American flag. Keeping with the aesthetic of the thick, straight lines of the stripes, I designed a geometric tiger face.
