Sprichwörtlich - Aus einer Mücke einen Elefanten machen

We decided to animate German sayings and take them literally... "Aus einer Mücke einen Elefanten machen" (literally: to turn a mosquito into an elephant) could be translated with "to make a mountain out of a molehill".
