Thankful & grateful

I'm participating in a small challenge between some of my fellow SLC design friends. The goal is to post a piece of lettering artwork five times a week for 4 weeks. This was a piece I finished up, fairly last minute on Sunday evening, making it my 5th piece of the first week!

It's surprising how much time it actually takes to create one piece per day. I find it easy to come up with ideas, and get started on something, but it's super difficult and time consuming to push it over the finish line. iPad illustrations are much easier, because I don't have to find perfect lighting to take a photo, I can just post the digital file!

I've got 3 weeks left, so 15 lettering pieces to finish. Wish me luck!
