Fremantle Arts Centre

Last year we had the opportunity to reimagine the website for local arts venue, Fremantle Arts Centre.

There were many interesting challenges that we had to tackle throughout this project; from how to balance FAC's bold brand with the ever-changing and visual dynamic content; to increasing visitation numbers; to providing a seamless and pleasant way to browse, purchase and enrol in on-site courses; to aiding in the organisation's administration.

Although we launched this one a little while ago (this time last year in fact!) we're still really proud of the result and the level of detail in both the design and the back end.

πŸ† The Fremantle Arts Centre site was also recognised at the Australian Web Awards recently, winning the National award for the Not For Profit category. (One of the judges comments was around the unique use of grid... because as if I needed any more reason to use a grid that'll make a dev roll their eyes at me! πŸ˜‰)

πŸ‘ As always, full admiration and thanks to @Jesse Yuen for the always-buttery implementation, and @Lee Karolczak for tackling all of the technical nitty gritty.

πŸ‘€ Don't forget, you can check out the live site here, otherwise you can expand for the x2!
