Rescue Ranger Patch

As @John Oates mentioned, we just released a new set of patches for the team. I chose to take on the "Rescue Ranger" patch. It's meant to personify a team member who swoops in to save the day in any capacity. I went down the maritime route and used nautical flags to spell out the word "Rescue".

It's super fun creating these patches and awarding them to the team @Focus Lab. Let me know if ya'll have any ideas for new patches!
