Twist Profiles

Hi Everyone,
here's a quick glance at our new Twist profiles on mobile. We completely redesigned this screen with info hierarchy in mind. What options are Twist members looking for while interacting with members, guests or admins the most? How can we help people setting up their profile, so that everyone from the team knows who you are, what you do and when to reach out? How can admins easily change the user role?

・We added bold names with a small job description to quickly glance at the most important info: who you are
・Quick access to either edit your profile or write a new direct message
・Interactive cells so that you can call someone in emergencies
・Onboarding helpers to make it easier for you to add your info
and more.
