Ladies

I design a whole lot of characters for the product we're currently working on, but these ladies are my favorites. They'll be in illustrations across the marketing site for Hckrs – a new platform connecting companies and tech professionals and helping them organize hackathons, workshops, and similar events.

Women in tech get little representation and that's usually skewed towards stereotypically geeky (white) girls. I believe women and NB femmes of all ethnicities, religions, backgrounds, and gender expressions belong in tech and I wanted the illustrations to reflect that.
