Created Target’s first artificial intelligence voice search engine on Target store’s MyDevice to empower guests and team members with lightning-fast search. The voice and graphic user interface utilized accurate AI natural language processing that understood the intent of voice to text commands and delivered a sorted and faceted search results page. The application saved Target over $3 Million in external service contracts and highlighted missed in-store revenue of +$5.3 Million.
