Midori App Landing reDesign

This one is from a redesign I mocked for a Japanese>English app called Midori. This particular app was my best friend when I was living in Japan because it was offline and seemingly endless with all of its info. Love this app.

On this redesign I wanted to focus on the usability with just one hand. Animation incoming later - Basically you land on home where your thumb is right next to the search, which then shifts up for the keyboard. This would improve an already awesome app by cleaning it up, giving it personality, and making it easier/quicker to use.
