Designed the first pass at making Flares in the Flare App out now on iOS
In addition to text and a photo a Flare can include a cover-emoji visible anonymously to others on the map and be configured to be visiable anonymously by the public or privately only to your friends. Any public Flare that is anonymous will be revealed as you to your friends only, by showing your avatar instead of the emoji.
