Game No. 124

There’s speculation that the Indians and Red Sox will meet in the playoffs and if Monday night’s game was any indication, that will be a treat. The evenly matched teams traded the lead all night until Cleveland tied it up in the eighth inning. A throwing error in the bottom of the ninth by substitute first baseman Brock Holt allowed Cleveland to bring home the winning run.
