Stakeholder map for scaled Agile 01

After trying Scrum for a year, our main client moved to scaled Agile following the Spotify model. I think this was a good move in the long run, but it has caused quite some confusion for a quarter.

In order to help the squads understand the new mechanics of the target operating model (TOM), I reshaped the stakeholder map to visualize how strategy, customer experience, responsibilities and validation take place.
