First time user - On-boarding seq#2

(seq#2) This is the beginning sequence to an on-boarding interaction for a first time user of a product. The animation is aimed to give a light hearted playfulness to the product. The user has a cute bear walk them through building their first survey, while the tour guide periodically misspells words in a manner befitting a bear. 🐻
