If you've never listened to the happier podcast by Gretchen Rubin it's a really interesting thing.

I wanted to work on a little graphic for my 'treat list' so I've been creating little illustrations in a new, rough style. The treat list is like a go to toolkit for happiness boosts if I'm feeling a bit down or a bit unproductive.

Creating something new is a sure fire way for me to be happy. So if I'm down I should consider doing photography, writing or maybe design.

I'm going to print my visual 'treat list' and put it on my wall. :)
