Contextual Field Requirements

Client requested dynamic, contextual errors to be displayed as the user types and fulfills certain requirements. Shown here is the solution, albeit in a more condensed version from what will be executed.

This particular execution allows required information to be displayed when the user activates each entry field. Requirement information is hidden when the user doesn't need to be bothered with it while working elsewhere on form.

Errors and completed requirements are updated as the user types. The indicators for each of these has been both color & shape encoded for those with visual deficiencies.
