Peak Dashboard

Peak was an idea created in one of our design sprints. It’s a tool that combines everything we know about employee personality assessments and what people look for in a dream job by asking them basic questions overtime in order to better match people to companies, and vice versa.

This interface snippet is showing the kind of dashboard that the company would use to sift through applicants. The goal is to provide them with a small handful of people that match with their values and characteristics in order to streamline their search.
