Peak was an idea created in one of our design sprints. It’s a tool that combines everything we know about employee personality assessments and what people look for in a dream job by asking them basic questions overtime in order to better match people to companies, and vice versa.

The name Peak was chosen to symbolize the clarity and vision you have form a mountaintop and also finding your own personal peak in your career journey. Therefore, the branding pulls from topographical maps to symbolize the job search becoming more refined as the system understands your personality and needs more.
